Anthonie van der Walt

With extensive experience in the VOD arena as former VOD manager at DSTV, I was tasked with reinventing television for a rapidly developing, broadband-enabled, on-demand world, launching the Video- On-Demand service for the distribution of movies, series and other content across set-top box, mobile and online platforms. I coordinated development and operations with the Content Acquisition, Broadcast Services, Broadcast Technology, Billing and Customer Care for Multichoice’s departments of DSTV, Supersport and M-Net.

Having produced a-list international content for channels such as the SABC, MNET, BBC, and acclaimed companies such as Earth-Touch, Medihelp to name a few, Anthonie has invaluable experience earned on both sides of the filmmaking process.

I now head up film and television is directly involved in production of content.
