I am passionate about making books on the arts in South Africa and elsewhere on the continent. I believe we stand at a critical juncture in publishing and there is a window of opportunity to produce books of the highest quality that will introduce an international audience to African art, architecture and design. I am also interested in drawing attention, through Art South Africa magazine and other forums, to the critical questions engaging artists and writers in southern Africa.
