- Starting in January 2011 I'll be celebrating my 33rd year by visiting 33 communities throughout the African Diaspora, documenting African aesthetics and community rituals along the way. Photographer Sedrick Miles focuses his creative eye on documentary subjects, creative portraiture, and fine art. “Live Each Moment” is not only a company name but a mantra reflecting the dynamic emotion of his images and his signature ability to capture the human experience.
“Authentic cultural aesthetics” has been my guiding mission in the work I’ve done over the past 15 years as a photographer, community educator and non profit director.
