Working at Mediamatic as webeditor of mediamatic.net.
I obtained my MA in Art History in 2008 with a thesis about artists Emily Jacir and Sara Rajaei. I explored whether the strong presence of narrative and memory in their work is connected to their migration from the Middle East to the West.
In January 2009 I co-organized the international academic conference Specters, Hauntings & Archives at the University of Amsterdam, which ended with the great Afterwords afterparty at Mediamatic.
