Elijah Ngulinga Magona, was born in 1987, in Lusaka Zambia. Being born in a family of Malawian asylum seekers of the kamuzu regime, he, with their family later own returned to Malawi at the age of 8, 1995.at the age of 7, his mother and father divorced and Elijah was already first born son, in a family of four kids .In 1995 her mother was remarried to a young man who had just finished his university studies at the Polytechnic in Blantyre Malawi. Elijah, then with his two sisters and a brother were adopted into the Magona family of Lilongwe. It was since the adoption that Elijah started to visualize a life of an educated man. With the inspiration from his step father, he started to realize his dream and excelled tremendously. During his elementary education he was already known for class drawings and illustrations. He then was selected to Chichiri Secondary school where he formerly laid the foundations of his Art career .In 2007 he joined the university of Malawi, Chancellor college to study Bachelor of Arts Humanities, where he is also majoring if fine Arts.
