Am interested in propagating my people's roots (what is left of them), using music. I use the background of my ancestors rhythms, folklore and fuse it with contemporary understanding, commenting on current times! I feel saddened by the resilience with which the wealth of African culture is eroded by the wheel of cultural Imperialism. I am not political so i comment on the return to being true to ourselves and to the things that identify us as truly African, in the circumstances!
