I am Education Coordinator at the October Gallery and have an MA in Museums and Galleries with Education from the Institute of Education. I have worked in many museums in London including the Museum of Childhood and Museum of London. Since my time at the gallery I have actively developed the educational department to make it inclusive to all ages, from under 5’s to PGCE student and delivering a wide range of provision. Since starting in 2007 she has implemented eight innovative projects including a secondary school programme using art to deal with social issues and has recently produced a new website www.octobergallery.co.uk/participate which aims to teach global citizenship through Art and Design.
